Framskriving av folkemengden etter ekteskapelig status 1979-2025

Abstract

This publication presents methods for and results from projections of the Norwegian population distributed by age, sex and marital status. The project was initiated by Jan Monnesland who developed the projection model and started the data organization process. When he left his position with the Central Bureau of Statistics, Helge Brunborg assumed responsibility for the project. Randi Selmer has written most of ch. 2, partly on the basis of notes by Jan F .lønnesland and Erik Ruud. Helge Brunborg has written most of the remainder and edited the publication. Erik Ruud has programmed the estimation of all parameters, while John Olaf Ofstad has programmed the projection model and the tables. Liv Hansen has drawn the figures and assisted with the editing of the tables.
